Dahab Delivery - User Application

1. Using Dahab

By using the Dahab app, you agree to place orders only for available products from our partner merchants. You must provide a valid phone number to receive order updates and communicate with your delivery driver.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the order and registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2. Payments & Pricing

Cash on Delivery

For orders designated as "Cash," you are responsible for paying the delivery driver the full amount (Order + Delivery Fee) in cash immediately upon arrival at your delivery location.

Merchant Pricing: Prices listed in the app are set by the merchants. A delivery fee is added based on the distance between the merchant and your location.

Digital Payments: If you choose to pay via the app, your payments are handled securely through our trusted payment provider.

3. Order Cancellations

Once an order is "Accepted" by a merchant and preparation has started, it cannot be cancelled by the user.

If a merchant is unable to fulfill an order (e.g., out of stock), the order will be cancelled and you will be notified immediately.

4. Prohibited Items

Users agree not to use the platform for the purchase or transport of any illegal goods, controlled substances, or hazardous materials.
