Dahab Delivery - Merchant & Driver Platform

INTERNAL PARTNER DOCUMENT

1. Partner Information Collection

Verification Data: We collect business registration, bank account details (if provided), and identification for merchants and drivers to ensure platform safety and to facilitate periodic payouts.

Location Data (Drivers)

We collect your precise location data even when the app is in the background. This is mandatory to allow real-time order tracking for the customer and the restaurant and to calculate delivery distances accurately.

2. Data Usage & Permissions

We process partner data for the following purposes:

  • To provide order alerts and status updates in real-time.
  • To manage settlements, calculate commissions, and provide earnings reports.
  • To track the efficiency of the delivery network.
  • To improve our merchant and driver support services.

Media Access: We access your device camera or gallery only when you choose to upload menu item photos, store logo, or profile pictures.

3. Data Security & Retention

Partner data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized Dahab personnel for operational purposes. We do not sell or trade partner information to third-party marketers. Data is retained for as long as your account remains active on the platform.
