Partner Terms of Service

Dahab Delivery - Partner Platform

INTERNAL PARTNER DOCUMENT

1. Merchant Agreement

Commission: 10% Platform Fee

Merchants agree to a 10% platform commission on all sales processed through Dahab Delivery.

  • Pricing: Merchants must maintain accurate menu prices and stock real-time in the Partner App.
  • Orders: Merchants must confirm or reject orders within the designated timeout period.

2. Driver Agreement

Independent Status: Drivers are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or partners of Dahab Delivery.

Cash Handling: Mandatory Merchant Payment

At pickup, Drivers must pay the Merchant the full order amount in cash. Drivers then collect the total (Order + Fee) from the User at delivery.

3. Financial Settlements

Cash Settlements: Commissions owed on cash orders are settled monthly based on platform tracking.

Digital Settlements: Funds from credit card orders are settled periodically minus the 10% commission.

4. Termination

Dahab reserves the right to suspend any Partner account for poor performance, repeated cancellations, or non-payment of commissions.
